The Global Center on AI Governance (GCG) is inviting experienced web developers or agencies with proven expertise in data visualization, accessibility, and performance-driven design to submit proposals for rebuilding the Global Index on Responsible AI (GIRAI) website.

First launched in 2024, the Global Index on Responsible AI is the world’s most comprehensive tool tracking how countries are implementing responsible, rights-based approaches to artificial intelligence. The next edition, due in May 2026, will build on this foundation with expanded data, new thematic dimensions, and time-series comparisons.

To support this evolution, GCG is seeking a development partner to redesign and rebuild global-index.ai into a scalable, data-rich platform that enables users to explore and compare country performance, access interactive charts, and download key resources. The new website will prioritize accuracy, accessibility, and visual data-storytelling for policymakers, researchers, and the wider public.

Developers or agencies interested in submitting a proposal can review the project summary and share details about their experience and technical approach using the form linked below.
