With a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration, she excelled as Operations Director at Destination Imagination Botswana, where she secured critical funding, led diverse teams, and expanded an after-school S.T.E.A.M program to impact over 3,000 participants across various communities. Passionate about AI and human rights, Shyline is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, engaged community and creating meaningful, long-term impact. Intending to pursue an MBA focused on sustainability and innovation, she is committed to driving practical solutions that align with her commitment to progress. Outside of work, Shyline enjoys outdoor activities, which she feels are key to maintaining a healthy balance between her personal and professional life.
