Ana Florido

Ana Florido is the Methods and Data Lead for the Global Index on Responsible AI at the Global Center on AI Governance. She brings broad experience in data collection, processing, and analysis.

At GCG, Ana oversees the design and implementation of the Index’s methodological framework, translating complex concepts into measurable indicators. She coordinates data collection across over 130 countries, ensuring comparability and methodological transparency.

Prior to joining GCG, she held senior roles in public research institutions and international development programs in Argentina, working on issues such as cultural industries, agricultural innovation, and competitiveness.

She holds a degree in Sociology and has pursued a master’s in Social Research Methods. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to equity and evidence-based policymaking.
